These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of droneinspectorusa.com and the services provided by Drone Inspector-USA, doing business as Drone Inspector USA ("we", "us" or "our"). By using our website, requesting a service or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide drone-based and thermal imaging inspections and assessments of residential and commercial properties, including roof inspections, storm damage documentation and documentation for insurance claims and retail bids.

2. SMS messaging terms

• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in a form on droneinspectorusa.com or mnflyform.com and checking an optional box agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting us first. There are two separate boxes: one for non-marketing messages (appointments, reminders and updates) and one for marketing messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: you can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you can reply START to resubscribe). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (651) 615-7955 or [email protected].
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
• Privacy: your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the property or scope differs once we arrive. Inspections are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Drone flights depend on weather, airspace rules and safety conditions, and we may reschedule when conditions are not safe or legal for flight.

4. Property access

By booking an inspection, you confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission for us to inspect and capture images of it from the air.

5. Inspection results

Our inspections are visual and thermal assessments based on the conditions at the time of the flight. Thermal imaging shows temperature differences and may indicate possible moisture, heat loss or damage, which may need to be confirmed by a licensed contractor. We do not guarantee that every defect will be found, and our reports are not a warranty of the property's condition. We do not guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim or bid.

6. Payment

Payment terms are provided with your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due when the service is completed.

7. Images and intellectual property

You may use the images and reports we deliver to you for your own purposes, including sharing them with your roofer, insurance company or buyer. All website content, branding and logos belong to Drone Inspector USA and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone Inspector USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
