Welcome to Drone Inspector USA. By accessing this website or scheduling an inspection service with Brian Nagorski, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline the scope, limitations, and operational standards of my drone roof inspection services.

1. Scope of Services

Drone Inspector USA provides targeted aerial roof assessments using professional drone technology equipped with high-resolution visual and thermal imaging cameras. The purpose of this service is to identify observable surface anomalies such as potential hail impacts, wind damage, granule loss, and thermal signatures that may indicate moisture intrusion or heat loss.

2. Operational Constraints and Safety

As an FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Operator, all flights are conducted under strict federal safety regulations.

  • Weather Dependency: Drone flights cannot be safely or legally executed during high winds, heavy rain, or severe snowstorms. If weather conditions on the day of your appointment are unsafe, your inspection will be rescheduled promptly.
  • Airspace Restrictions: Certain properties may fall within restricted airspace (e.g., near airports). In such cases, additional time may be required to secure FAA authorization, or the inspection may have to be declined if authorization is denied.
  • Targeted Assessment: The primary scan is conducted from the air to minimize unnecessary foot traffic. Physical evaluations, if required, are highly targeted based on the drone’s findings.

3. Limitations of Inspection

While thermal and aerial imaging provide incredibly detailed perspectives that a standard visual inspection cannot, they are not exhaustive guarantees of structural integrity.

  • Non-Invasive: My inspections are strictly non-invasive. I do not remove shingles, drill into the roof deck, or open walls.
  • Observational Data Only: The final report reflects the condition of the roof at the time of the flight. It is not a warranty or guarantee against future leaks, structural failures, or hidden defects that do not produce a thermal signature.
  • Not Engineering Advice: I am a certified drone inspector providing documentation for your insurance or personal use. This report does not replace the advice of a licensed structural engineer or specialized roofing contractor.

4. Report Delivery and Payment

Your fully formatted, insurance-ready inspection report will typically be delivered digitally within 24 to 48 hours following the completion of the flight. Payment terms will be established prior to the inspection. Final reports may be withheld until payment is remitted in full, unless prior arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon.

5. Media Ownership and Licensing

Drone Inspector USA retains the copyright to all aerial imagery, thermal scans, and video footage captured during the inspection. Upon delivery of your final report, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the provided media for insurance claims, contracting bids, personal archiving, and real estate transactions. Drone Inspector USA reserves the right to use anonymized imagery for marketing or portfolio purposes, provided no identifying personal information is visible.
