FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be home during the inspection?

Usually not. We just need permission to fly over the property and safe access to the area around it. We'll confirm the details when we schedule.

How long does an inspection take?

Most residential flights take less than an hour on site. Large commercial buildings take longer depending on size and detail.

Can you fly in any weather?

No. We don't fly in heavy rain, snow or strong wind, and every flight follows FAA rules. If conditions aren't safe, we reschedule.

Will the report work for my insurance claim?

The report gives you dated, high-resolution photos and documented findings that you can share with your insurance adjuster. Whether a claim is approved is up to your insurance company.

Does thermal imaging find every problem?

Thermal imaging shows temperature differences that can point to moisture, heat loss or damage. It tells us where to look closer, and findings can be confirmed on site by a roofer or contractor.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Minnesota and nearby areas. Call or send the form and we'll confirm your location.
